Nosler has developed their line of ballistic tip bullets to ensure maximum performance on medium sized game. The Nosler 30 Cal 220 grain Ballistic Tip offers a polymer tipped, round nose boattail that resist deforming in the magazine and expand upon impact with the target. Using a specially formulated lead core and a fully tapered copper jacket, ensures that the expansion is controlled high bullet weight retention is possible. The jacket has a heavier base that allows for the large diameter after expansion. The boattail design allows for the exceptional long range performance and very high ballistic coefficient.
