Poor QC and Poor Customer Service

I bought this machine really hoping it was a Dillon competitor at a better price point, I really wanted to love it but the poor QC and customer service have made for a very troubling experience. When I first set up the machine I was having an issue with the primer seating being inconsistent. Some pr...imers would be perfectly seated while some would be crushed and some would be sticking out. As I was trying to diagnose that issue the press started jamming on the down stroke and completely locking up, I had to disassemble the machine to free it. This would happen about every 50 rounds. I reached out to customer support with these issues but also with a few questions I had like the proper way to clear the primer feeder and how should the spent primer tube be installed as it just falls out the hole in the bottom. I never received answers for those two questions but i was told to call the engineer, I spoke with the engineer who said they had a machining issue at the factory on the base and to try and shim the shell late advance mechanism, I shimmed the mechanism and the press ran much smoother but still jammed every 50 rounds or so and had primer seating issues. I completely disassembled the machine and found the gear on the shell plate damaged in one spot and found the gear on the primer feeder was missing the top half of one tooth, there wasn't any sign of crush or impact damage on the metal gear so this was a manufacturing issue (most likely an inclusion) that when it let go fell in between the gears and damaged the shell plate gear (which is plastic), when these two locations lined up the press would jam up. For the primer seating i found the primer, swage rod mounting bar would rock when the swage bar was engaging a shell, depending on how much pressure was on the swage rod would determine the primer seating depth in the next station. 5 weeks later no parts or new machine from Frankford.
